Relational Health For Adults
Your love builds a stable future for your family

Singles
C.O.P.E. offers ongoing support groups for individuals who are not currently in a relationship, providing a safe, grounded space to heal, reflect, and grow without the pressure of partnership. These groups focus on strengthening personal identity, emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-trust, while fostering meaningful connection and belonging within a supportive community. Participants are encouraged to process past relational experiences, cultivate healthy patterns, and build a solid foundation of inner stability—so that future relationships, when chosen, emerge from clarity, wholeness, and empowerment rather than survival or fear.
Couples
Ongoing gatherings for couples offer a supportive, structured environment where partners can become aware of, practice, and strengthen healthy relational skills. Through guided dialogue, experiential learning, and reflective exercises, couples deepen communication, emotional literacy, conflict-repair skills, and mutual accountability. These gatherings emphasize presence, consent, respect, and shared growth—helping couples move beyond reactive patterns and cultivate relationships rooted in trust, safety, and intentional connection.

Caregivers
Ongoing support groups for caregivers provide a compassionate, restorative space where those who give care to others can receive care themselves. These groups acknowledge the emotional, physical, and spiritual demands of caregiving, offering tools for boundary-setting, stress regulation, and sustainable compassion. Through shared experience, guided reflection, and peer support, caregivers are empowered to reduce burnout, restore balance, and reconnect with purpose—strengthening their capacity to care for others without sacrificing their own wellbeing.
